Robotics - Computer controlled car
Started off today with some good luck, which slowly turned into bad luck.
Got to the stage where the car was working fully! Pushed mouse left and right, the servo on the car turned left and right, pushed the mouse up and the car moved very slowly forward.
The motor for the drive was not getting enough grip on the blue elastic band used to drive the rear axis, so the car was barley moving, if at all. From this point the electronics were detached to move the rear axis further back, in order for the elastic band to become tighter, to get better grip on the motor.
After this, the electronics were put back on and the car has never worked since! So, more work needed here.
